No time for the children?
No time for the wife?
No time for yourself?
Brother, take time for reflection
for here we are lost in a jungle
for here we are lost in a jungle
of structures.
Demented by the sophistications
of life in the city.
Rushing the hours
for financial stability.
But, what have we really achieved?
This solitude amidst a rousing crowd
is the loneliness felt by the soul.
For deep in the crevice of being
is a beggar left untold.
So,
take each day a step,
savor each moment in depth,
for here we are missing everything
that life wants us all to feel.
