Heather Mills awarded £24.3m settlement by a judge after she and husband Sir Paul McCartney didn't reach a settlement
Addressing reporters just outside London's High Court, Ms. Mills said she was "glad it's over" and "it was an incredible result to secure mine and my daughter's future".
Included in the deal, Mills will receive £14 million for her and £2.5 million to purchase a house in London.
Leaving the judge to determine the final figure beacause the couple failed to reach an agreement in court last month. The couple announced the end of their marriage in May 2006.
